Guarantee of service
Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. If you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the problem.
Gift Certificates
A cleaning gift certificate is a great gift for anyone. You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount you choose.
Please give us a call or email us directly to purchase a certificate. You may purchase a gift certificate with a credit card over the phone, or you can mail us a check. If paying with credit card, gift certificates are mailed out same day. When paying by check, gift certificates are mailed out after check is received and cleared. Recipients should receive in about 3-5 business days.
Gift certificates are great for everyone.
Cancellation policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict about our 24 hour cancellation policy, please honor it! Less than 24 hour cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
We will charge 100% of service, if you call us the morning of the service to cancel or if our staff shows up at your doorsteps and for any reason not able to clean your home. (Example: locked doors, you forgot we were coming, the construction crew is not finished.) No exceptions!
Payment policy
All payments should be made in full on day of service or before. We accept, cash, checks and all major credit cards. A $30.00 fee is applied to all returned/bounced checks.
Refunds policy
Since cleaning is a very personalized service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services, if you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us with in 24 hours and we will come back to fix the problem.
Termination of service
If for some reason you wish to terminate your services with us short term/permanently, we request that you give us at least 2 weeks notice.
Security policy
We guarantee full discretion and security. We agree not to duplicate our customer’s keys; upon cancellation, we return the keys within 48 hours.
